At Duxburys Garden Furniture Showroom, we take pride in providing our customers with a seamless delivery experience. We understand that receiving your outdoor furniture in a timely and efficient manner is important to you, and we are here to make that happen.
Our Own Delivery Team
When you place an order with us, you can rest assured that your items will be delivered by our own dedicated delivery team if you live within a 80 mile radius of our showroom. We believe in maintaining control wherever possible over the entire delivery process to ensure that your furniture arrives safely and on time.
Remote Locations
Please note that additional surcharges may apply to remote locations. We strive to deliver to as many areas as possible, but there are some areas that may require additional fees due to their distance from our showroom. If you are unsure whether your location falls into this category, please contact our customer service team for more information.
Oversized Items
For low value oversized items, there is a delivery charge of £29.99. These items require special handling and care during transportation, and this charge helps us cover the additional costs associated with delivering these larger or fragile pieces. These items include: Storage boxes, large parasols, cantilevers and water features.
Delivery Process
Once you have placed your order, our friendly dispatch team will give you a call to discuss delivery dates. We want to ensure that the delivery is convenient for you and fits into your schedule.
For smaller items we use trusted couriers such as APC and Parcel Force. These items will be sent out within three working days of ordering.
Delivery Charges
- Orders under £200: £6.99 delivery charge
- Orders over £200 but under £500: £12.99 delivery charge. *Unless it is an oversized item. Please see oversized item charges above.
- Orders over £500: Free UK delivery excludes remote locations
- Remote locations: £99
We are now delivering to the Isle of Man. Please get in touch for more details.
In some areas only delivery by pallet is available. In these circumstances the items will be left on a pallet on your driveway and you will be contacted by the courier company to arrange a delivery day. Please contact us if you would like more details,
Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
If you need to cancel your order prior to dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible. We understand that circumstances can change, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
If your items have already been dispatched, any changes or cancellation requests may incur a courier charge. Please note that this charge will vary depending on your location. Alternatively, you can return the goods to us at your own cost once they have been delivered.
If you receive damaged products, please notify us as soon as possible. We will arrange for collection, refund, or substitution without any additional charge to you.
We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item within 14 days of receiving it. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. If you have identified a fault, please let us know within 30 days of purchase, and we will arrange for an exchange or a full refund.
