Duxburys Delivery Information

DUXBURYS DELIVERY 

We deliver throughout Mainland UK. Where possible, we deliver via our own transport but we often utilise trusted distribution partners for our online orders. We liaise directly with all of our customers at every step of the delivery process.

We always endeavour to deliver orders within the quoted lead time. Lead times vary from 1 hour to 15 days depending on the delivery postcode. The lead times on the zone guide below are for guidelines only. We currently average around 5 working days.

ONLINE ORDERS - FREE DELIVERY OVER £500

Online orders are processed through our standard delivery service (unless otherwise stipulated) to the majority of UK Mainland postcodes. We are unable to offer delivery to some remote postcodes (please contact to get a quote in this situation). If the order value exceeds £500, standard delivery is made free of charge. Orders under £500 will be subject to a delivery/postage charge displayed in the shopping cart prior to check out.

We aim to complete online orders within five working days after receiving an order but this may be extended during busy times and to postcodes illustrated in zone two below. We contact all our customers to arrange a mutual delivery date. 

SHOWROOM ORDERS - THREE DELIVERY OPTIONS

We usually deliver showroom orders with our own drivers in our own transport. Delivery lead times will be quoted at the time of ordering. Once goods are ready for dispatch, a mutual delivery date will be agreed. You will be contacted and kept up to date at every step.

Showroom orders for Garden Furniture that exceed £500 are delivered FREE OF CHARGE USING OUR STANDARD ONE-MAN DELIVERY SERVICE.

Standard One-Man Delivery Service - FREE DELIVERY OVER £500

Deliveries are arranged during the order process or can be arranged at a later date via telephone. Prior to delivery, our dedicated drivers confirm an approximate time slot. Delivery is made to your front door or entrance to your garden depending on access.

Premium Delivery Service - £40

Your outdoor furniture will be delivered into your garden (dependent on access). Each piece of furniture will be carefully unwrapped and all packaging will be taken away and disposed of using environmentally friendly procedures.

Please advise a member of staff if there is anything that may restrict our delivery drivers, such as limited driveway access, thin pathways to your garden or high fences.

The boxes are often larger than you think and unsuccessful, rearranged deliveries can be chargeable.

White-Glove Delivery Service - Contact for Quote

Just sit back and leave the rest to us! This service matches our Premium Delivery Service but has the added benefit of our drivers assembling the products (where necessary) and arranging them wherever you need them! (This option may not always be available).

Collect from our Preston Showroom - FREE

Collection can be made from our Preston Showroom. Please ensure your vehicle is large enough as the furniture boxes can be bigger than you think.
